Job summary

Techtinium Technologies is seeking a senior mobile engineer to drive best practices across the software development lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, and own the delivery of scalable, high-performance apps.

You’ll work with Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin, architect and ship production apps, lead UI components, and collaborate with product/design/QA to deliver end-to-end features. A strong CS foundation and a track record of shipping apps are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Mobile development experience using Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter.
• Strong foundation in computer science with deep competencies in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Software Design.
• Demonstrated expertise in mobile application architecture, with a strong portfolio of published apps on the App Store or Play Store.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives within a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical, detail-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of features end-to-end, and collaborate effectively across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Software Engineers to design and develop front-end and back-end architecture that is well-structured, flexible, and scalable
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA) to support the entire application lifecycle
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and complex bugs
• Champion testing best practices — write and maintain robust UI and Unit Tests to catch errors early
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conduct code reviews, and help raise the technical bar across the team
• Contribute to technical decision-making, including tooling, architecture, and process improvements
