Job summary

Epam Systems is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Pune to join our team. You will develop Java-based applications using Java 8 and migrate to Java 17, build RESTful microservices, and integrate Kafka messaging.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Java 17 / Java 8 with migration to 17.
• Proficient in Spring Framework (Core, Batch).
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with ReactJS front-end development.
• Proficient in Apache Kafka messaging.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiar with cloud and containerization (Kubernetes, serverless).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• English at least B2+.
