We are looking for an experienced Java Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Java-based software solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Java programming, strong problem‑solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering robust, scalable, and efficient applications. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers to drive technical excellence across projects.

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful microservices using Java, Spring Boot.
• Implement security mechanisms such as authentication and authorization using Spring Security.
• Apply best practices in code optimization, performance tuning, and exception handling.
• Work with Kafka or other messaging systems for asynchronous event‑driven communication.
• Perform database development, optimization, and performance tuning in PostgreSQL or MySQL, including queries, joins, indexes, and stored procedures.
• Integrate front‑end applications (Angular, React, or Node.js) with backend APIs.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure environments with basic understanding of services like EC2, S3, IAM, or Azure App Service.
• Configure and utilize ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for application logging and monitoring.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively within CI/CD pipelines.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring compliance with coding standards, design principles, and security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues in multiple environments.
• Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams QA, DevOps, and business analysts to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Contribute to technical design discussions, estimations, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with information security and secure coding practices. Provide regular progress updates and elevate issues promptly to leads or project managers.

Preferred Skills

• Core Java – Strong programming skills in Java 8+ (Streams, Collections, Exception Handling, Multithreading).
• Spring Boot – Experience developing RESTful microservices using Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
• Spring Security – Hands‑on implementation of authentication and authorization.
• Microservices Architecture – Understanding of service design, communication, and deployment patterns.
• Messaging Systems – Working experience with Kafka for asynchronous processing.
• Database Management – PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Front‑end Exposure – Basic understanding of Angular, React, or Node.js for API integration.
• Cloud Knowledge – Basic understanding AWS or Azure services (EC2, S3, IAM, etc.).
• Logging – Exposure to ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
• Version Control & CI/CD – Experience with Git.
