Job Description

We are seeking a C++ backend developer to develop the Advanced Device Template (ADT) capabilities within the EcoStruxure Foresight platform. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, maintainable code while contributing to architectural decisions and product evolution that covers easy onboarding methods and user-centric graphics and graphics library which are intuitive.

C++ Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain ADTs using C++


• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives


• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and other global stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements


• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and high-quality code


• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices


• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in C++ and object-oriented programming


• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and memory management


• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment


• Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux development environments


• Experience with version control systems such as Git


• Strong communication and collaboration skills


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities


• Familiarity with software design patterns and architectural principles

Good to Have (Preferred Skills)

• Good to have knowledge in Electrical and Building Automation domain.


• Knowledge of industrial protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, or similar protocols used in automation, automotive, or telecommunication domains.


• Experience with multi-threaded and high-performance applications


• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field.


2. Approximately 8+ years of experience in developing software products/Edge control software within the Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Telecommunication domains.
