Job Description We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience in building enterprise-grade digital applications and learning solutions. The role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable web and cloud-native applications using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and microservices. The ideal candidate will leverage AI-powered development tools to enhance software quality, productivity, and delivery efficiency. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in technical design discussions, and mentorship of junior engineers. Experience with cloud platforms, Agile methodologies, and digital training platforms is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise web applications and digital learning solutions.

Build scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and AI-powered application features.

Utilize AI copilots for code generation, testing, code reviews, and development acceleration.

Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, effort estimation, and sprint planning.

Ensure code quality, security, performance, accessibility, and operational readiness.

Conduct peer code reviews and maintain technical documentation.

Mentor junior developers and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

Hands‑on experience using AI coding assistants and modern software development practices.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Shift timings 12.30 pm -9.30pm

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing customer training, learning management, or digital learning solutions.

Experience integrating with platforms such as Docebo, Kaltura or similar learning technologies.

Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and mentoring development teams.
