Job summary

Trizen Ai is building AI-first engineering solutions with a focus on scalable architectures and real-world product impact. A Senior Software Engineer will own architecture decisions, mentor a growing team, and ship end-to-end features across backend and user interfaces.

You will work hands-on with Generative AI integrations, RAG systems, and agentic architectures, while setting technical standards for the rest of the team.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional software engineering experience with production ownership.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB including schema design and scale-oriented queries.
• Hands-on cloud experience on AWS or Azure (VPC, compute, storage, databases).
• Track record of system design ownership and weighing trade-offs for scale.
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other engineers.

Job description

We're building AI-first engineering solutions with a focus on system design, scalable architectures, and real-world product impact. If you've shipped production systems end-to-end and want to own architecture decisions while mentoring a growing team, this is your role.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll take ownership of complex features and systems across our entire stack—from backend services to user-facing interfaces—and drive the architectural decisions behind them. You'll work hands-on with Generative AI integrations, RAG systems, and agentic architectures, while setting the technical standards the rest of the team builds on.This is not a purely hands-off leadership role. You'll still ship code, but you'll also review designs, unblock other engineers, and make the calls on trade-offs that shape how our systems scale.

What You’ll Work With

DevOps

• Hands-on cloud platform experience: AWS or Azure (VPC, compute, storage, databases) in production
• Track record of system design ownership — you can weigh trade-offs and design for scale
• Experience mentoring or reviewing the work of other engineers

Nice to Have

Docker & Kubernetes in production, with CI/CD pipeline ownership (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar) Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation) GenAI production experience — LLM integrations, RAG systems, or agentic workflows shipped to real users Prior experience as a tech lead or senior IC driving cross-team technical decisions Clean architecture advocacy — you set and enforce standards for maintainable, testable, SOLID code
