Job summary

Impact Analytics in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a frontend engineer skilled in React.js to build high-performance, scalable web applications. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.

You should have 3-5 years of frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks, knowledge of Redux or Context API, and a strong command of HTML5 and CSS3. Familiarity with REST APIs and Agile/Scrum is a plus.

What This Role Entails

What Lands You In This Role

• Expertise in React.js; strong understanding of component-based architecture and ability to "think in React"
• 3 - 5 years of experience in frontend development with JavaScript frameworks, including at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in React
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development practices
• Experience in building scalable, reusable, and high-performance UI components from scratch
• Hands-on experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.)
• Good understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and integration with backend services
• Experience with frontend performance optimization, debugging, and cross-browser compatibility
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)
• Sound knowledge of engineering best practices including version control (Git), CI/CD, and deployment pipelines
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
