Job summary

Quest Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (C# / .NET) to join our team in Bangalore on a onsite or hybrid basis as per project needs. You will work on enterprise-grade desktop applications in the ultrasound domain, leveraging modern .NET, with emphasis on clean architecture and design patterns.

You will contribute to design, development, refactoring, and testing of complex software systems, using OOP, SOLID principles, and DI to ensure modular and maintainable code.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in senior software roles.
• Location: Bangalore onsite or hybrid as per project needs.
• Domain: Ultrasound applications.
• Strong expertise in C# and modern .NET technologies.
• Experience with desktop applications (WinForms/WPF).
• Familiarity with design patterns, clean architecture and DDD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C# desktop applications using .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 5+.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in C# and modern .NET technologies to work on enterprise-grade desktop applications. The role requires deep hands-on experience in clean, testable, and scalable software design, with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming, design patterns, and architectural best practices.

The candidate will contribute to the design, development, refactoring, and testing of complex desktop software systems used in engineering and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain C#-based desktop applications using .NET Framework and modern .NET (.NET Core / .NET 5/6/7/8)
• Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to build maintainable and extensible software components
• Implement Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) concepts
