Job summary

Michelin HR in Pune, India seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Azure DevOps) to deploy and release data engineering, BI, and AI solutions across DEV/INDUS/PROD. You will own readiness, verification, and rollback, and build CI/CD pipelines in GitLab/Azure DevOps with YAML for multi-environment releases.

Operate Azure services like ADF, Databricks, AKS, Key Vault, and more; monitor health with Application Insights and Log Analytics, and perform RCA on incidents.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure Services expertise.
• Proven CI/CD experience - GitLab, YAML pipelines, multi-env release management
• Git branching strategies (GitFlow / trunk-based)
• Docker, Kubernetes, AKS fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Deploy & Release Data Engineering, BI, and AI solutions across DEV/INDUS/PROD; own readiness, verification, and rollback.
• Build & Optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitLab / Azure DevOps with YAML, automating artifact build and deployment.
• Operate Azure services: ADF, Databricks, ADLS Gen2, AKS, Key Vault, Azure OpenAI, AI Foundry, AI Search, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Power BI, FastAPI.
• Monitor platform health via Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights; perform RCA on production incidents.
• Secure deployments with Key Vault, Managed Identity, RBAC, Entra ID, RLS; enforce governance and config consistency.
• Coordinate with Platform Team on provisioning, networking, and access; support project teams on environment setup.
• Drive continuous improvement of DevOps processes, automation, and operational excellence.
