Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sr. Software Developer to own our core technology end-to-end - CRM, LMS (ExamSphere), website, and mobile app, working directly with the Founder & CEO, Dr. Akram Ahmad. This isn’t a maintenance role. You’ll be building the systems that help thousands of healthcare professionals actually get licensed and working abroad, including the AI and automation tools behind that experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance our CRM, LMS, and other internal platforms system reliability, data accuracy, and smooth business operations
• Develop and optimize the Academically website and our React Native app, scalable features, strong UX, high performance
• Design and integrate AI-powered solutions - GenAI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - plus workflow automation to improve operational efficiency
• Own products end-to-end: ideation, requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch iteration
• Resolve technical issues, troubleshoot bugs, manage support queries, and run root-cause analysis to keep applications stable, secure, and reliable
• Implement technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO); manage our AWS infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, storage, and security
• Identify business opportunities, help define product priorities, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive improvement through data, not guesswork

Eligibility

• B.Tech or MCA from a premier institute
• 2-5 years of hands-on software development experience
• Comfortable owning a product beyond just writing code to spec from architecture decisions to post-launch results
