Job Description

• Strong software engineering fundamentals (distributed systems, APIs, data modeling)
• Experience building scalable backend systems in languages like Java, Go, or similar
• Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Kafka, Spark, data lakes, warehouses)
• Experience with access control models (RBAC/ABAC) and security best practices
• Understanding of metadata, data lineage, or data governance concepts (or strong interest in the space)
• Experience building automation and platform capabilities (not just one-off pipelines)
• Comfortable working across systems and driving cross-platform integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, reliability, and usability
