Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with ML-related areas such as speech/audio, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or specialization in ML field.
• 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (model deployment, evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).

• Experience collaborating effectively with product teams, understanding their goals and working in partnership to make them a reality through AI solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with different and distributed teams, including product managers, researchers, and other stakeholders, across multiple time zones to drive AI adoption and integration.

Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user’s interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

• Collaborate with P&D product teams and research teams to deliver AI‑based features.
• Work closely with the Mountain View‑based team, leveraging their proximity and partnerships with P&D product teams to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Identify common needs across multiple engagements and build shared infra and models which will serve as a common toolset and blueprints to deliver the next engagements faster.
• Transfer valuable AI knowledge and expertise to the P&D product teams you engage with, empowering them for future AI‑driven initiatives.
