BMW TechWorks India Private Limited in Pune seeks a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with deep Python, LLM, and AI Agent development expertise to own an AI/Agent solution end-to-end—from architecture to deployment and production operations.

You will design scalable, cloud-native systems on AWS, implement RAG, observability, memory and tool management, and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable, secure AI services.

Strong Python Programming Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Python development, including writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

LLM Architecture & End-to-End Understanding

Detailed understanding of LLM architecture, core components, and end-to-end LLM application workflows.

Strong understanding of how LLMs integrate with applications, data, APIs, and AI services.

End-to-End Agent Development

Hands-on experience in designing and developing AI Agents end-to-end, from architecture and development through deployment and monitoring.

Advanced AI / Agent Engineering Skills
Strong hands-on knowledge of areas such as:

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
