Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role based in the Greater Hyderabad Area, with remote work flexibility. As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI, you will design, develop, and implement innovative AI‑driven products to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Day‑to‑day responsibilities involve back‑end software development, prompt engineering, agent development, and building scalable, available and multi‑tenant systems that align with the Cornerstone Galaxy AI platform. You will apply your expertise in programming, software design principles/patterns and object‑oriented methodologies to contribute to advanced AI projects and drive impactful user experiences. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams and product managers will be key to your role.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles/patterns
• Experience in Back‑End Web Development and Software Development, including building scalable and efficient systems
• Experience in mentoring junior engineers
• Proficiency in Programming with a focus on languages such as Python, Java, or equivalent
• Knowledge of Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and their practical applications
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to innovative solutions
• Ability to collaborate in a hybrid work environment and adapt to dynamic project needs
• Previous experience in AI/ML software engineering is a strong advantage
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 5+ years professional experience
