This pivotal role involves overseeing and optimizing the technical architecture of our software products, driving innovation, and ensuring exceptional user experiences. As a key leader in our organization, the Technology Architect will play a crucial role in enhancing the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and secure backend systems using Java and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and implement features that meet business needs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices in software development.
• Develop and manage APIs and integrations with third-party services.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the backend systems and APIs.
• Ensure security and data protection best practices are followed in backend development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in Java development.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of strong experience with the Java programming language (Java 8 or above).
• Experience working with relational databases (e. g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e. g., MongoDB).
• Experience with Java, Springboot and Microservices.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD) and writing unit/integration tests.
• Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
