Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot, Alfresco, Nuxeo, and IBM CMOD to design, develop, and support enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience customizing ECM platforms, building integrations, and delivering scalable backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
• Customize and extend Alfresco Content Services, including workflows, content models, web scripts, and modules
• Develop and configure solutions on Nuxeo and integrate with enterprise systems
• Work with IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) for storage, retrieval, and archiving use cases
• Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs and microservices
• Troubleshoot ECM platform issues across Alfresco, Nuxeo, and CMOD environments
• Work cross‑functionally with QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high‑quality delivery
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and ensure ECM best practices

Required Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOPs, and design patterns
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data
• Solid working experience with Alfresco Content Services (ACS)
• Practical experience with Nuxeo platform development and customization
• Knowledge of IBM CMOD (Content Manager OnDemand) for content archiving and retrieval
• Experience building custom modules, behaviors, workflows, and extensions across ECM platforms
• Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and backend integrations
• Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle)
