Job summary

Experian is seeking an ESS ID&F Senior Solutions Engineer in Hyderabad. You will help develop and release ID&F products, serve as a trusted advisor to regional delivery teams, and support client incidents through AI-enabled automation and new ideas. You will understand customer needs and report to a Senior Manager.

Hybrid work: 2 days in the office. Ideal candidates have a CS-related degree and 5+ years in AI tooling, cloud, DevOps, monitoring, and API tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Eng or related field is desirable.
• 5+ years hands-on in AI tools to raise engineering productivity.
• Experience troubleshooting SaaS and on-prem solutions.
• 3+ years cloud services, deployment, and management (AWS).
• 3+ years DevOps and CI/CD tooling experience.
• 3+ years monitoring solutions (Splunk, Dynatrace).
• Understanding of XML and JSON, Swagger APIs.
• Familiar with Docker/Kubernetes/EKS/Kafka environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner in development and release of ID&F products.

Role Overview

• As an ESS ID&F Senior Solutions Engineer you will be a critical partner in the development and release of our ID&F products.
• You will be a trusted advisor to regional delivery teams representing them during the software development lifecycle, providing operational guidance, product consultancy and supporting client incidents.
• You will contribute to the success of the ID&F business through AI native automation and new ideas improvements.
• Furthermore, you will be curious and striving to understand the customers' product needs and challenges.
• You will report to a Senior Manager
• You will WFO 2 days a week as its Hybrid working

Experience and Skills

Bachelor's degree desirable in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or any.

• 5+ years hands‑on in AI tools to lead engineering productivity and progress.
• Troubleshoot SaaS and on‑prem/hosted solutions
• 3+ years of experience with cloud services, deployment, and management (Amazon Web Services - inclusive of scaling, tuning, CI/CD deployment practices)
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD (Git/Jenkins/Ansible/Terraform)
• 3+ years of experience using monitoring solutions (Splunk, DynaTrace)
• Understanding of XML, JSON, Swagger
• Platform Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes/EKS/Kafka

• Additional Skills:
  • Industry experience in the Identity and Fraud space
  • Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience using and querying databases such as Oracle and PostgreSQL
