Designation: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale next generation healthcare technology solutions that improve patient outcomes, streamline clinical workflows, and drive operational efficiency across health systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the .NET ecosystem, a passion for engineering excellence, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact, production-grade systems in complex, regulated domains.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver production-grade software as per defined requirements and technical specifications, ensuring adherence to healthcare domain standards and compliance frameworks.
- Build and maintain user interfaces, databases, APIs, and client-facing displays across the healthcare platform, ensuring seamless end-to-end user experiences.
- Initiate and drive technical design — architect complex application features, evaluate design trade-offs, and make sound decisions that balance delivery speed with long-term system maintainability.
- Produce well-organized, optimized, and thoroughly documented source code in line with established coding guidelines and best practices, maintaining a high bar for readability and consistency.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and refine existing source code — identify root causes efficiently, polish feature sets, and improve system performance and reliability with every release cycle.
- Contribute to technical design documentation — author and maintain architecture decision records (ADRs), design specs, and runbooks that enable the team to move fast without breaking things.
- Build and execute comprehensive unit and integration test cases to ensure code quality, reduce regression risk, and maintain confidence in every deployment.
- Test features in controlled, real-world scenarios before go‑live — participate in staging validations, UAT coordination, and production rollout monitoring to ensure zero‑disruption releases.
- Innovate and develop high‑value technology solutions that streamline clinical workflows, reduce manual overhead, and unlock new capabilities for healthcare providers and patients.
- Coordinate with fellow engineers and cross‑functional teams — collaborate closely with product managers, clinicians, QA, DevOps, data science, and compliance teams to deliver cohesive, high‑quality solutions.
- Work independently when required — take ownership of ambiguous problems, drive them to resolution with minimal hand‑holding, and communicate progress proactively to stakeholders.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail — every task, from code reviews to documentation to production deployments, must be carried out to the highest standard of quality and precision.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

- Working experience in MVC architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with design patterns and Entity Frameworks.
- Strong hands‑on experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL), expert‑level knowledge of SQL queries including stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Experience with UI frameworks such as Angular or React (added advantage); working experience on client‑side technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency in automation testing and adherence to Test‑Driven Development (TDD) principles.
- Solid experience in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation, with exposure to automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in small teams, adaptability to a fast‑paced environment and a keen interest in staying current with the latest trends.
