Senior/Staff Full Stack Engineer (IC3-IC5). Join the first product team in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Develop Wise’s products for the Indian market, disrupting the cross-border industry dominated by banks.
• Design onboarding and money‑movement solutions using local KYC stack and payment ecosystem.
• Build robust systems that onboard customers seamlessly while complying with local regulations.
• Develop scalable money‑movement systems that provide the speed and convenience of domestic payment processing for cross‑border payments.
• Build and maintain automations and tooling to process customer payments and data at scale and cost‑efficiently.
• Utilize the observability stack and analytics to identify gaps and unlock new growth and operational excellence opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Wise, plan roadmaps with the team, and navigate challenges to determine scope and realistic delivery.
