Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Python Full Stack Engineer with strong backend expertise and solid frontend capabilities. The role involves building scalable applications and contributing to LLM post‑training workflows, particularly in code evaluation and validation systems. You will be responsible for developing production‑grade systems and ensuring the quality, correctness, and reliability of model‑generated code within structured pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full‑stack applications (Python backend + modern frontend)
• Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs and backend services
• Develop and integrate frontend applications using React and modern frameworks
• Work on LLM post‑training workflows, including code evaluation, validation, and feedback systems
• Analyze and improve model‑generated code for correctness, performance, and completeness
• Ensure high standards of code quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Debug, optimise, and refactor systems for production readiness
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and operations teams for delivery
• Contribute to internal tools and systems supporting AI‑driven development workflows
• Design and manage database systems, including schema design and query optimisation

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Python with hands‑on experience in FastAPI, Flask, or Django
• Solid experience in full‑stack development, including React.js, HTML/CSS, and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, async programming, and scalable backend architecture
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and efficient data handling
• Proficiency in Git‑based version control workflows
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and containerised environments
• Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms
• Strong debugging, performance optimisation, and clean coding practices
• Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks
• Hands‑on exposure to LLM/code evaluation workflows, including validates model‑generated code, working with test‑case driven systems, and ensuring correctness and quality in structured pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in Python Full Stack development
• Prior experience in AI/LLM environments or evaluation systems (mandatory)
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• Experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
• Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
