Job summary

WeWork India is seeking a Full Stack Software Development Engineer 2 (SDE-2 Full Stack) with 3–5 years of experience to lead design and development of our inaugural mobile app and core platform.

You will design REST APIs, build AI-driven chatbots, and develop dashboards using React/Next.js while optimizing performance and scalability. The role involves collaborating with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams in Bengaluru, India, and adapting to a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech from a top-tier institute or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of full-stack development experience.
• Strong backend with Node.js and NestJS; proficient in React.js/Next.js with TS.
• Skilled in modern JS, ES6+, CSS/SCSS, and design-system usage.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and cloud + CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable REST APIs and microservices (Node.js/TypeScript).
• Build AI-driven chatbots and NLP solutions for support and workspace mgmt.
• Develop data analytics, user behavior tracking, and insights.
• Create responsive web apps and admin dashboards (React/Next.js).
• Implement pixel-perfect UIs from Figma/Sketch with a design system.
• Optimize performance (SSR/SSG, code-splitting) and manage state (Redux/Context).
• Integrate frontend telemetry and Core Web Vitals monitoring.
• Oversee cloud infra & DevOps (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) as needed.
• Optimize DB performance (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure code quality via CI/CD and reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and AI/ML teams to ship features.
