Job summary

nCircle Tech Private Limited, Pune, India, is seeking a Senior Technical Lead/Architect to drive architectural design and development of scalable frameworks, primarily in C++. You will mentor engineers, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality outputs while championing Agile practices.

The role requires hands-on development, including core framework components, UI wrappers, and scripting exposure via Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in design, development, and release of software products.
• Proven track record delivering software as individual contributor, team leader, or development lead.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, OO design, and design patterns.
• Proficiency with Python and exposing C++ code to scripting environments.

Requirements

• A proven record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual contributor, team leader, and/or development lead.


• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, object-oriented design, and design patterns.


• Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python, with experience in exposing C++ code to scripting environments for application development and client customization.


• Proficiency with modern version control systems (e.g., Git) and best practices for branch management and collaborative development.


• Exceptional leadership, project management, time management, and problem-solving skills.


• Proven ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
