Job summary

Luxoft in Bengaluru, India seeks an experienced embedded software engineer focused on networking and Broadcom ASICs to design, implement and deliver high-quality software with cross-functional teams. You will lead architectural discussions, optimize performance on hardware and software resources, and collaborate with product marketing, SQA and other development groups to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

You must have 8+ years in Networking/Telecom-Embedded and strong C/C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/ECE/IT.
• 8+ years in Networking/Telecom- Embedded/Network Management.
• Strong C/C++ programming proficiency.
• Experience with Broadcom ASICs (Trident, Jericho, Qumran or Marvell).
• Experience managing networking HW resources (TCAM, packet buffers, RIB/FIB).
• IPv4/IPv6 routing/forwarding, PBR, ACL, QoS.
• MPLS, VPLS, VRF, L3VPN, VxLAN, OpenFlow, SDN.
• LLDP, LAG/LACP, Layer 2 switching, Ethernet.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work productively in dynamic environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
