Job description

We’re hiring Senior Site Reliability Engineer to help keep our SaaS platforms reliable, secure, and observable at scale. You’ll work hands‑on across our AWS environment — Windows and Linux, a monolith alongside microservices on EKS and serverless apps — improving observability, automating infrastructure, troubleshooting cloud networking, and strengthening our security and compliance posture (including CIS hardening). It’s a role for a hands‑on engineer in a fast‑paced, secure and compliance‑oriented environment who enjoys both building automation and keeping production healthy.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) within a SaaS environment.
• Strong expertise in AWS services including EKS, EC2, Lambda, VPC, S3, RDS, and Route 53.
• Hands‑on experience with Terraform/Pulumi, observability tools, and cloud networking.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting.
• Experience managing Windows/Linux environments and IIS.
