London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) seeks experienced ServiceNow professionals to join the India talent community. You will design, build, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions across Bengaluru and Hyderabad, collaborating with architects and product teams to deliver scalable workflows.

The role targets 8–15 years of ServiceNow experience with relevant certifications, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and platform governance within a global technology environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, CMDB and Discovery.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer and scripting for platform customization.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise workflow automation and platform governance.

What You'll Do (When You Join Us)

As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will work on modern enterprise platforms requiring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for workflow automation.

Design, Build & Configure

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Build custom applications, workflows, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Develop scalable solutions across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, SPM, CMDB, Discovery, and IntegrationHub.
• Deliver secure, reliable, and enterprise-grade platform capabilities.

Optimize & Enhance

• Improve platform performance, usability, and operational efficiency.
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.
• Support platform upgrades, releases, governance, and best-practice adoption.

Collaborate

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Participate in solution design workshops, technical reviews, and platform strategy discussions.

Lead & Mentor

• Share knowledge and best practices across teams.
• Mentor junior developers and administrators.
• Contribute to platform governance, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
