Senior ServiceNow Developer

Jade is looking for resources with 4-8 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow products.
• Developing and implementing new ServiceNow applications.
• Active contributor in developing workflows and scripts to personalize existing ServiceNow applications and automate and improve business processes.
• Create/Manage web portals used by internal and external clients, using JavaScript, Bootstrap, Angular.
• Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications.
• Work directly with end users to resolve issues in ServiceNow.
• Participate in problem-solving during ServiceNow development, testing and production.

Technical Abilities and Responsibilities

• Minimum 4+ years of strong experience in software development and at least 2+ years in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps.
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization.
• Develop small standalone ServiceNow tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows.
• Create and configure workflows based on business requirements and best practices.
• Perform integration between ServiceNow and other business systems.
• Create/Manage all ServiceNow objects like Tables, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
• Experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new platform versions.
