Job summary

Hireworks Recruitment Consultants is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager – HCC to lead end-to-end HCC/Risk Adjustment coding operations and service delivery. The role requires handling large teams and ensuring quality, productivity, and SLA adherence across clients.

The ideal candidate will bring 13+ years in healthcare coding operations, strong leadership, and proven stakeholder management. Immediate joining and full-time employment are preferred, with locations in major hubs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 13+ years of experience in healthcare/medical coding operations.
• Strong leadership experience in HCC/Risk Adjustment.
• Experience managing large teams across multiple operational layers.
• Experience with quality, productivity, SLA and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HCC/Risk Adjustment coding operations and service delivery.
• Lead large teams of HCC coders, auditors, QA teams and managers.
• Own key operational metrics including quality, productivity, TAT, SLA and utilization.
• Manage client relationships and operational governance.
• Conduct regular client review meetings and performance discussions.
• Analyze operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training, WFM and Operations teams.
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Support new process transitions, ramp-ups and stabilization.
• Prepare and present MIS, KPI dashboards and business review reports.
• Develop and mentor managers and team leaders.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager – HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) to manage end-to-end HCC/Risk Adjustment coding operations and service delivery.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HCC/Risk Adjustment coding, operations leadership, client management, quality, productivity, SLA management and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HCC/Risk Adjustment coding operations and service delivery.
• Lead large teams of HCC coders, auditors, QA teams and team managers.
• Own key operational metrics including quality, productivity, TAT, SLA and utilization.
• Manage client relationships and operational governance.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 13 years of overall experience in healthcare/medical coding operations.
• Strong leadership experience in HCC/Risk Adjustment.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple operational layers.
• Candidates from healthcare BPO / medical coding organizations preferred.
• Immediate/short-notice joiners preferred.

Compensation & Location

Maximum CTC: 22 LPA
