Job summary

PubMatic is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to strengthen security across on-prem, data center, and cloud environments. You will manage endpoint protection with CrowdStrike or equivalent, implement Zero Trust, IAM/PAM, DLP, and network security controls while driving vulnerability management and incident response.

Strong scripting (Python/Bash) and API usage are essential, with experience in SIEM and AWS preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in cybersecurity or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with SIEM and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with AI-assisted security tools.

Job description

Seeking a Senior Security Engineer to enhance security for end-user environments and infrastructure across on-premises, data center, and cloud. Responsibilities include managing endpoint security (CrowdStrike or equivalent), DLP, Zero Trust implementation, IAM/PAM, network security controls, Linux infrastructure security, vulnerability management, incident response, and security automation using AI and scripting (Python, Bash, APIs). Requires 8+ years in cybersecurity or related fields, strong technical skills, experience with SIEM, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and AI-assisted security tools. Must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field. Hybrid work model with 3 days in office and 2 remote.
