Job summary

Tekion Corporation in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to lead security engineering for critical cloud-native platforms. You will architect security controls, drive threat modeling, and guide incident response across our automotive software ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in security engineering, cloud security, or infrastructure protection.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Deep experience with AWS/GCP/Azure security services and infrastructure hardening
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform)
• Proficiency with security tools (e.g., SIEMs, IDS/IPS, SAST/DAST, WAFs)
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST)
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Job Introduction:

Leads security engineering efforts for critical systems and services, providing technical direction and hands‑on expertise in securing Tekion’s platforms. Partners with cross‑functional teams to drive security architecture, threat detection, and proactive risk mitigation.
