Job summary

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master / Program Manager to lead multiple teams in an automotive firmware environment. You will drive schedules, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of complex firmware projects.

This role requires hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence and a strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe principles, along with knowledge of ISO 26262/21434 and ASPICE guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in Scrum Master / Program Management roles.
• Strong domain knowledge in Automotive Firmware, Embedded Software, or Semiconductor.
• Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum and SAFe.

Preferred Candidate Profile

812 years of experience in Scrum Master / Program Management roles.
Strong experience in Automotive Firmware, Embedded Software, or Semiconductor industry.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
Knowledge of ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and ASPICE.
Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle, risk management, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
