Job summary

Prestige Group seeks an SAP FICO Consultant to bridge finance operations with digital systems, solving root causes and owning daily financial tech operations for efficiency and accuracy.

You will handle day-to-day support, optimize FICO modules, develop critical MIS reports, and train end users while coordinating with ABAP for custom solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years SAP FICO implementation and support experience, with senior level being more advanced.
• Strong knowledge of FICO sub-modules, including New GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Investment Management, PCA.
• Experience with Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and SAP PS integration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily SAP FICO support, incident handling, and change requests ensuring SLA adherence.
• Configure and optimize core FICO sub-modules across finance processes.
• Design MIS reports, balance sheets, and P&L statements using reporting tools.
• Create training materials and conduct workshops for end users as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with ABAP team to deliver robust custom developments.

Role & responsibilities

Your Purpose

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you are the crucial link between our financial operations and our digital infrastructure. We are looking for proactive problem-solvers who don't just "close tickets" but hunt for root causes. You will take ownership of the day-to-day financial tech operations, optimizing workflows to ensure our finance teams operate with maximum efficiency and accuracy.

What You Will Do

• Agile Support & Delivery: Take charge of day-to-day support, incident management, and change requests, ensuring SLA compliance through our ticketing platforms.
• System Optimization: Configure and optimize core FICO sub-modules (New GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Investment Management, PCA).
• Reporting Excellence: Design and deploy critical MIS reports, Balance Sheets, and P&L statements using Report Painter/Writer.
• End-User Enablement: Empower business users by creating comprehensive training materials, conducting workshops, and acting as a trusted system advisor.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Write precise functional specifications and collaborate closely with the ABAP team to deliver robust custom developments.

What You Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of SAP FICO Implementation & Support experience (higher for the Senior role), complemented by 23 years of core accounting/finance domain experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong grasp of Core FICO concepts, BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement), and integration knowledge with the SAP PS module. Basic ABAP debugging is a plus.
• The "Owner" Mentality: You treat the company's financial systems as your own. You are naturally curious, highly analytical, and relentless in tracking down system inefficiencies.
• Education: MBA Finance / CA / ICWA.
