Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in Pune, India, seeks a highly experienced Senior SAP TRM Consultant to lead S/4HANA implementations using Activate Methodology across multiple regions. You will drive configuration in TRM, FI, FSCM and ensure tight alignment with business and IT leadership.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP Master Data integration, country versions (KSA, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain), and delivering training and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP TRM software and configuration.
• Extensive knowledge of FI, FSCM, TRM and business processes in finance departments.
• Experience integrating business processes with SAP Master Data and multiple modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects using Activate Methodology.
• Provide expert knowledge and configuration in SAP TRM, FI, FSCM, and related modules.
• Integrate business processes with SAP Master Data across modules and subscribing systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver SAP certification and custom training, including Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Provide SAP consulting for country versions in KSA and Europe (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain).
• Ensure compliance with localized payroll, SD, MM and FICO tax reports for KSA and Europe.
• Lead custom development and support across multiple implementation projects from SAP R/3 to S/4 HANA.
• Act as an SAP TRM solution provider leveraging experience from SAP Labs India.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP TRM and related modules, with a deep understanding of SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects and Activate Methodology. This role requires strong expertise in business processes, FI, FSCM, and TRM modules, along with the ability to inspire confidence with both business and IT leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects using Activate Methodology.
• Provide expert knowledge and configuration skills in SAP TRM, FI, FSCM, and related modules.
• Integrate business processes with SAP Master Data, ensuring seamless integration between various SAP modules and subscribing systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
• Deliver SAP certification and custom training, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions.
• Provide SAP consulting services for country versions in KSA and European countries (Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain).
• Ensure compliance with localized business functions, including Payroll (PY), SD, MM, and FICO tax reports specific to KSA, Europe, and other regions.
• Lead custom development and support across multiple implementation projects from SAP R/3 to S/4 HANA.
• Act as an SAP TRM solution provider, leveraging experience from SAP Labs India.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 10 years of experience working with SAP TRM software and configuration.
• Extensive experience and expert knowledge in business processes, FI, FSCM, and TRM modules, and best practices used by finance departments.
• Proven authority on the integration of business processes with SAP Master Data and various SAP modules.
• Ability to inspire confidence with business and IT leadership.
• Minimum 4 years of SAP consulting experience for country versions in KSA and European countries.
• Strong knowledge of localized business functions, including Payroll (PY), SD, MM, and FICO tax reports.
• Experience with SAP TRM products such as Transaction Manager, Hedge Management, IHC, Cash Management, BCM, and Risk Reporting.
• Expertise in delivering SAP certification and custom training sessions.
• Proven experience in SAP TRM implementations across the US, Europe, and India.

Preferred Qualifications :

• SAP certification in TRM or related modules.
• Experience working with SAP Labs India.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
