The role requires hands‑on experience from requirements gathering to deployment, with emphasis on performance optimization, coding standards, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SAP ABAP development including OO ABAP, Workflow, and HR ABAP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
• Develop and support Object-Oriented ABAP applications.
• Design and configure SAP Workflows for business process automation.
• Work on HR ABAP development and integration.
• Utilize Enhancement Framework (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs) for custom requirements.
• Implement SAP interfaces using ALE, IDocs, OData, REST APIs.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business users for requirements.
• Troubleshoot and optimize ABAP code for performance and scalability.
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP, Workflow, HR ABAP, and SAP Integration technologies. The ideal candidate should be able to design, develop, and support complex SAP solutions, work independently, and provide technical leadership on various SAP projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
• Develop and support Object-Oriented ABAP applications.
• Design and configure SAP Workflows for business process automation.
• Strong experience in HR ABAP development and integration.
• Utilize Enhancement Framework (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs) for custom business requirements.
• Implement and support SAP interfaces using ALE, IDocs, OData, REST APIs.
• Provide solutions for SAP to Non-SAP system interfacing and data exchange.
• Collaborate with functional teams and business users for requirement gathering and solution design.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing ABAP code for performance and scalability.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP ABAP development, including OO ABAP, Workflow, and HR ABAP.
• Deep understanding of RICEFW concepts and development lifecycle.
• Proven experience with Enhancement techniques such as BADIs, User Exits, and Customer Exits.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration technologies: IDoc/ALE, OData, REST APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to implement SAP to Non‑SAP integrations.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and handling full‑cycle SAP projects.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Valid Indian passport with a minimum validity of 6 months.
• Willingness to travel if required.
