Job summary

AutoRABIT Holding, Inc. is hiring a DevOps Engineer in the ES department to drive Salesforce DevOps deployments, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and ensure secure, compliant release management for managed services projects.

You will work with customers to align development lifecycles with best practices, support UAT and production deployments, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve issues and improve tooling and processes.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Release Management, or Salesforce
Administration/Development with DevOps exposure
Hands‑on with at least one Salesforce DevOps platform (AutoRABIT ARM, Copado, Flosum, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)

Responsibilities

Implement and support Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, code quality, security, and backup solutions for enterprise Salesforce customers using AutoRABIT ARM or other tools.
Understand customer Salesforce development life cycle, release management, version control, security, and compliance requirements.
Configure and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines and static code analysis tools to improve code quality and security.

Job Role

Role of DevOPS Engineer in ES department covers initiating or reviewing customer DevOPS implementation, provide process flow recommendation, run salesforce deployments for managed services projects, suggest best practices for customer, assist engineering team in latest technological developments (UAT) to aid in AR tool enhancement.

Roles & Responsibilities

Implement and support Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, code quality, security, and backup solutions for enterprise Salesforce customers. Experience with AutoRABIT ARM, CodeScan, Guard, and Vault will be an added advantage.
Work with customers to understand their Salesforce development lifecycle, release management process, version control strategy, security, and compliance requirements.
Configure and maintain Salesforce CI/CD pipelines using AutoRABIT ARM or equivalent DevOps platforms such as Copado, Flosum, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, or similar tools
Configure and maintain Static Code Analysis solutions such as CodeScan, SonarQube, PMD, Salesforce Code Analyzer, Checkmarx, or equivalent tools to improve code quality and security. ·
Support implementation of Salesforce governance, security, and compliance controls using AutoRABIT Guard or similar governance and security solutions.
Assist customers in implementing secure development practices and resolving deployment, code quality, security, and release management challenges.
Configure and manage Git repositories, branching strategies, merge processes, release pipelines, deployment automation, and environment synchronization.
Participate in customer workshops, implementation activities, solution validation, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to troubleshoot customer issues and provide implementation feedback.
Assist in configuring backup and recovery solutions using AutoRABIT Vault or equivalent Salesforce backup platforms such as OwnBackup or similar backup and recovery solutions.
Support Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) deployments where applicable, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, EPC assets, and DataPacks.
Troubleshoot deployment failures, merge conflicts, version control issues, static code analysis findings, and CI/CD pipeline failures across Salesforce environments.
Prepare implementation documentation, deployment guides, knowledge articles, and customer handover documentation.
Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.

Experience and Desired Skills

3–5 years of experience working on Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, Release Management, or Salesforce
Administration/Development with DevOps exposure.
Hands‑on experience with at least one Salesforce DevOps platform such as:

Experience working with Salesforce backup and recovery solutions such as:
AutoRABIT Vault (Preferred)
OwnBackup or similar backup and recovery platforms
Good understanding of Salesforce metadata deployments, CI/CD concepts, branching strategies, merge conflict resolution, release management, and deployment automation.
Basic understanding of DevSecOps principles, Secure SDLC, vulnerability remediation, and Salesforce security best practices.
Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce implementations across multiple environments and release streams.
Good troubleshooting and analytical skills for deployment failures, version control issues, pipeline failures, and code quality findings.
Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), Vlocity Build Tool (VBT), or DataPack deployments is a plus.
Knowledge or experience with nCino implementations, release management, or deployment processes will be considered an added advantage.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on experience with AutoRABIT ARM, CodeScan, Guard, and Vault.
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, or DevOps-related certifications.
Experience implementing DevOps processes for enterprise Salesforce organizations.
Exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementations.
Knowledge of nCino platform architecture, metadata, and deployment best practices is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and enterprise software delivery practices
Salesforce Admin certification.
