Senior Salesforce Developer – Noida

Girikon, a Salesforce Gold Partner certified by HIPAA, ISO 9001, and ISO 27001, specializes in implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions nationwide. We are seeking a full‑time Senior Salesforce Developer to join our Noida office.

Location: Noida

Experience: 4+ years in Salesforce development

Shift Timing: UK Shift (1 pm – 10 pm)

Required Skills

• Extensive hands‑on Salesforce experience
• Configuration, customization, integration, and support of Salesforce.com
• Proficient with APEX, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce, and related development skills
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and object design (custom objects, fields, page layouts)
• Experience with Workflow, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Sandbox refreshes, and Apex Data Loader
• Deployment expertise using Change Sets and managing release dependencies across multiple projects
• Knowledge of release management and software development life cycle practices
• Code review experience for development team members
• Ability to work across multiple Salesforce orgs/environments
• Excellent communication skills for client meetings and stakeholder engagement
• Capability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices in design and development

Good to Have

• Lightning implementation and LWC experience
• Use of Eclipse IDE and ANT for deployment
• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, Ajax, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Experience with version control systems such as Subversion, Git, or equivalent
• Knowledge of CPQ or Billing modules
• Salesforce certifications and Trailhead badges
