Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience across Sales and Service Cloud.
• Experience with force.com platform: Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Visualforce.
• Understanding of Salesforce data model with custom objects and junction objects.
• Hands-on Lightning Platform experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce best practices in design and development.
• Object-oriented development, design patterns, and clean maintainable code.
• Experience configuring Sales Cloud capabilities.
• SQL knowledge and data modeling.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, flexible with changing priorities and deadlines.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce.
• Must have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce technologies across multiple clouds such as Sales and Service Cloud.
• Must have experience working on mandatory customizations.
• Experience in the force.com technical platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Visualforce, etc.
• Understanding of the Salesforce data model, including custom objects, junction objects, and other model items.
• Good understanding of Lightning Platform; hands‑on experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of Salesforce recommended best practices around design and development.
• Understanding of Object‑Oriented development and design, experience with design patterns, ability to write clean, well‑refactored maintainable code.
• Experience configuring and customizing functional areas of the Sales Cloud.
• SQL knowledge; understanding of data structures, data modeling, and database schema.
• Effective analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving capability.
• Self‑motivated and directed, flexible in meeting changing priorities and deadlines. Must be a role model for the team.
• Excellent interpersonal, research, and communication skills.
