Job summary

CalTech IT Solution - IT Services & Consulting, in Noida/NCR, seeks a Senior Salesforce Architect to design and govern multi-cloud deployments across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Immediate or within 2 weeks joiners preferred.

You will lead architectural discovery, define data models, security policies, and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Salesforce DX), and mentor engineers while aligning technical roadmaps with product teams and executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with end-to-end Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
• Experience defining data governance, security policies, and platform standards.
• Experience setting up DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Salesforce DX) and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Experience) and establish data models and integration patterns.
• Define cross-org technical standards, data governance, security policies, and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Salesforce DX).
• Lead technical discovery, translate business goals into architectural blueprints, and align engineering teams and executives on roadmaps.
• Mentor developers and evaluate third-party AppExchange products for platform fit.
• Ensure system performance, org consolidation, and management of technical debt.

Job description

Architect end-to-end multi-cloud Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Experience) while establishing data models, enterprise integration patterns (REST/SOAP/Event-Driven), and system landscape boundaries.

Define cross-org technical standards, data governance, security policies, and DevOps pipelines (CI/CD, Salesforce DX) while enforcing platform limits, performance optimization, and scalable code structures.

Lead technical discovery, translate complex business goals into architectural blueprints, and align multi-functional engineering teams, product managers, and C-suite executives on technical roadmaps.

Serve as the authority on system performance, org consolidation, and technical debt, while mentoring developers and evaluating third-party AppExchange products for platform fit.
