Job summary

Applicantz, Inc in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design and implement Salesforce solutions, with strong Apex development, Salesforce configuration, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

The ideal candidate should independently own development tasks, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute across the full software lifecycle with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of Salesforce experience.
• 5–6 years of experience in Salesforce configuration (objects, validation rules, record types, assignment rules, page layouts, Lightning pages, Flow).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Strong experience with Apex Classes and Triggers.
• Experience with Batch Apex.
• Strong knowledge of SOQL.
• Good understanding of Apex coding best practices.
• Experience writing Apex Test Classes.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills, including analyzing Salesforce debug logs.
• Experience with Aura Components and LWC.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Participate in the full development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, document, test, and debug new and existing Salesforce applications and solutions.
• Participate in the complete development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, debugging, and deployment.
• Work extensively on Salesforce configuration, including:
• Object configuration
• Validation Rules
• Record Types
• Assignment Rules
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Triggers, and Batch Apex.
• Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Write efficient SOQL queries and optimize Apex code for performance.
• Implement Salesforce development best practices, including effective test classes and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and debug Salesforce issues using logs and other debugging techniques.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Proactively participate in development activities and contribute as an independent technical contributor.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation as required.
• Serve as a technical contributor/expert on Salesforce development projects.

Must Have

• 5–7 years of Salesforce experience, with strong hands‑on Salesforce configuration experience.

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
