Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of Salesforce core modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration: objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in conducting user training and workshops.
• Familiarity with data migration and testing processes.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to third-party Salesforce apps and AppExchange solutions.
