Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to increase site visits efficiently.
• Promptly follow up on appointments fixed/site visits arranged.
• Use company script guidelines appropriately to conduct calls.
• Generate leads through active and passive database.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Work closely with Business Development/Sales team for client appointments.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
• Periodic reporting to management.

• Generate leads through active and passive database (through churning and outbound calling).
• Mine leads from campaign calls landing in the call centre.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
• Work closely with Business Development/Sales team for client appointments and achieve conversion/empanelment targets.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required.
• Periodic reporting to management.
