GIL Chemicals is one of the oldest businesses of the Godrej Group. We have pioneered the manufacturing of oleo-chemicals venturing into the business in 1963. We produce a wide range of oleo chemical products derived from organic material.

Our products cater to various market segments including personal care, pharmaceutical and food industries. As of today, we market over 100 chemicals that finds myriad applications in over 24 products. Your Roles & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Business Development in Lubes & Polymer Segment (PP/PV/PE/PET) segment.
  • Business Development & Sales Management through Distributor & Direct Accounts.
  • Develop, formulate, and implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
  • Troubleshooting & Complaint management
  • Develop, formulate, and implement a sales strategy for the assigned territory.
  • New Product development with the Support of R&D and Manufacturing.
  • Target new customers / new industries for sale of existing and new products
  • Establish long-term business relationships with customers and trade channels.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Manage and strengthen accounts and drive business growth.
Critical Skills
  • Knowledge & experience in chemicals sales & marketing
  • 5-9 years’ Experience in Polymer Additive Segment, know-how of processes & value play.
