Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer / Territory Manager Technical Sales & Service

Reports To: Regional Sales Head / Sales Director

Experience Required: 8 to 12 years in Sales of Industrial Machines / Equipment / Consumables

Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgical Engineering from a reputed and recognised university

Role Overview:

This position is responsible for technical sales and territory management in Pan India, focusing on industrial machinery, power tools, and consumables. The role requires a balance of sales performance, dealer network development, hands‑on technical ability, and frequent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales of industrial machines, power tools, and consumables
  • Develop and manage a robust and productive dealer/distributor network
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Travel regularly across the region to maintain and grow customer relationships
  • Deliver technical demonstrations and hands‑on support to clients
  • Provide pre‑sales and minor post‑sales technical support, including basic troubleshooting
  • Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and trends
  • Prepare detailed proposals, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Requirements:
  • Selling industrial equipment, machines, or consumables
  • Proven ability to build and manage dealer networks
  • Hands‑on experience in selling and basic servicing of power tools or similar machinery
  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in local language, English, and Hindi
  • Comfortable with extensive travel within the region
  • Customer‑centric approach with excellent presentation skills
