Job summary

Jobtailor in Gurgaon, India seeks a senior engineer to lead design and development of Python‑based AI/ML solutions. You will architect, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows for risk analytics.

You will identify performance bottlenecks, enable explainable, auditable risk analytics platforms, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and mentor junior engineers while enforcing engineering best practices.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in the field.
• Expert-level Python programming proficiency.
• Experience designing risk analytics pipelines.
• Awareness of risk, controls, compliance, fraud, and audit analytics concepts.
• Hands-on data engineering experience with Optro.
• Experience with microservices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and database performance tuning.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP optional).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline.
