Job summary

Kailash Hospital in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking Senior Residents / Junior Residents for its Cardiac Care Unit (CCU). You will provide round-the-clock care for cardiac emergencies, monitor critically ill patients, and assist consultants in managing cardiovascular conditions.

The role requires MBBS with registration and PGDCC or equivalent, strong ECG interpretation and ACLS knowledge, and the ability to work in rotational shifts with a collaborative cardiology team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention to patients admitted to the CCU.
• Monitor patients with MI, heart failure, arrhythmias and other cardiac emergencies.
• Perform initial patient assessment, clinical examination and documentation.
• Monitor ECG, cardiac rhythm, vital signs and other critical parameters.
• Assist in managing ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients.
• Perform CPR and participate in ACLS protocols during cardiac emergencies.
• Assist consultants in cardiac procedures and interventions as required.
• Coordinate with cardiologists, nursing staff and other departments.
• Ensure timely documentation, treatment implementation and patient handovers.
• Follow hospital protocols, infection control practices and patient safety standards.

Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Senior Residents / Junior Residents for our Cardiac Care Unit (CCU). The candidate will be responsible for providing round-the-clock medical care to patients with cardiac emergencies, monitoring critically ill patients, and assisting consultants in the management of cardiovascular conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate medical attention to patients admitted to the CCU.
• Monitor patients with acute myocardial infarction (MI), heart failure, arrhythmias and other cardiac emergencies.
• Perform initial patient assessment, clinical examination and documentation.
• Monitor ECG, cardiac rhythm, vital signs and other critical parameters.
• Assist in managing ventilated and hemodynamically unstable patients.
• Perform CPR and participate in ACLS protocols during cardiac emergencies.

Qualification & Experience

Senior Resident/SMO:

• PGDCC or equivalent
• Relevant experience in Cardiology / CCU / ICU preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac emergencies, ECG interpretation and ACLS.

Junior Resident/RMO:

• MBBS from an NMC-recognized medical institution.
• Valid registration with State Medical Council / NMC.
• Experience in CCU or Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Fresh MBBS graduates with relevant clinical exposure may also apply.

Required Skills

• Good clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in ECG interpretation and emergency management.
• Knowledge of ACLS and BLS protocols.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle critical situations.
