Key Responsibilities
  1. Clinical Care
    • Provide comprehensive patient care under the supervision of senior consultants.
    • Manage OPD, IPD, and emergency cases as per departmental protocols.
    • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures relevant to specialty.
  2. Patient Management & Safety
    • Maintain accurate medical records, case histories, and progress notes.
    • Ensure evidence-based treatment and patient safety standards.
    • Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.
  3. Academic & Research Activities
    • Participate in departmental academic sessions, CMEs, and case discussions.
    • Assist in ongoing clinical research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
    • Stay updated with latest guidelines and advancements in specialty.
  4. Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with consultants, nurses, and allied health staff.
    • Supervise junior residents/interns when required.
    • Contribute to a collaborative and patient-centric environment.
Required Qualifications
