Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank India is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee the CASA portfolio and related SME banking activities in the Haryana/Gurugram region. The role focuses on growing the book and deposits by acquiring new-to-bank clients and strengthening the franchise.

It requires strong relationship management, knowledge of trade and forex, and core banking products, while ensuring top-tier customer experience and strict governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

  • Preferably Post Graduate/MBA with SME Banking experience in CASA, trade, forex and core banking products.
  • Strong relationship management and client acquisition skills.
  • Fluent English and Hindi; able to work with regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Business Conduct
