Job summary

• Drive Redux Toolkit slice design—normalising entities, async thunks, and optimistic updates.
• Collaborate with backend (Java/Spring Boot) and data engineering (Python/Spark) teams.
• Mentor junior developers on React patterns, state management, and performance best practices.
• Participate in architecture decisions shaping the frontend evolution of the AI platform.
