Job summary

JP Morgan Services India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Quant Analytics Senior Associate in Digital Analytics to measure digital performance and customer journeys. The role focuses on data quality, experimentation, and AI-enabled insights to guide senior leadership decisions.

You will partner with product and technology teams, translate business questions into analytical plans, and communicate findings with clarity while owning end-to-end analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in an analytical field, data bootcamp certification, or equivalent experience in analytics, consulting, modeling, or business analysis
• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role that proactively supported data-driven decision-making
• Experience with analytical tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Python, regression analysis, visualization tools)
• Meaningful experimentation with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies) and an eagerness to continue learning as capabilities evolve
• Strong analytical judgment, including the ability to distinguish meaningful business signals from normal variation and communicate insights with appropriate context
• Strong critical thinking skills, including the ability to validate results and identify flaws in analyses, datasets, or AI-generated outputs
• Ability to frame business problems as testable hypotheses and communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

This is a unique opportunity to have meaningful impact on a large scale at a leading financial services firm. As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate within Digital Analytics team, you will be responsible for digital behavioral and performance data, experimentation, and emerging AI capabilities to improve how we measure customer journeys, identify performance drivers, and communicate actionable insights to senior leaders. You'll need to be a strategic and analytical thinker who can become a trusted advisor in the Digital Analytics space. Just as importantly, you'll bring intellectual curiosity, strong ownership, and the judgment to define and defend the correct answer to a business question. You'll be joining a pivotal, cross-functional team that measures and understands Chase's digital customer journeys and channel performance.
