• Conduct chemical testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using a variety of techniques and instruments.
• Accurately record and report test results; prepare and submit regular reports on quality control activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Identify and investigate deviations from normal results and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with other departments such as production, research and development to make recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies; promote a culture of safety and quality within the team.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
• Participate in the development and implementation of quality control programs and initiatives.
