Position: Sr. Manager - Quality Assurance

Department: Quality Assurance

Location: Wada (50 km from Kalyan), Dist. Palghar, Maharashtra

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager - Quality to oversee and enhance quality standards across our composite manufacturing unit (Yarn, TFO, Warping, Weaving, Non-woven, Stitching). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in CAPA, ISO compliance, and quality audits within the textile industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure quality maintenance across all production processes.
2. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) proactively.
3. Develop and establish inspection and testing methods (AATCC, BIS, ISO, etc.).
4. Oversee the Inspection & Test Certificate process to ensure compliance.
5. Collaborate with teams for New Product Development from a quality perspective.
6. Lead and manage quality audits and drive continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education: B.Tech in Textile Technology (mandatory).
2. Experience: Minimum 15 years in textile/fabric manufacturing in a similar role.
3. Industry Preference: Experience in Technical Textiles or Manufacturing Industry is preferred.
